مسمومیت آمونیاکی یکی از شایعترین عامل کشتار ماهیان آکواریومی است . واردکردن ناگهانی جمعیت زیادی ازماهیها به یک آکواریوم ، خرابی فیلتر تصفیه و نابودی ناگهانی کلونی های باکتر یایی به علت مصرف بیرویه داروها از موثرترین عوامل ایجاد این مسمومیت است.
علت ویا عامل بیماری :
افزایش میزان گاز آمونیاک در آب (NH3) به بالاتر از ppm4
علائم بیماری:
- نفس نفس زدن ماهیها و هجوم آنها به سطح اب برای دریافت اکسیژن مورد نیاز
- ارغوانی ویا سرخ شدن آبششها
- ماهیها به تدریج بی حال وسست می شو ند
- ماهی در فواصل کوتاه شنا کرده و ناگهان متوقف می شود
- کم شدن اشتها
- ماهیها به تدریج به حالت خواب آلوده به کف آکواریوم می روند
- باله ها دچار خوردگی شده و به تدریج از بین می روند
- به وجود آمدن رگه های قرمز رنگ بر روی باله ها ویا بدن ماهی
- بی رنگ شدن قسمتی از پایین و بالای باله ها
- این بیماری در مراحل پیشرفته و پایانی به دستگاه اعصاب مرکز ی و مغز اسیب می رساند وبه تدریج باعث خونریزی داخلی و تظاهرات آن در بیرون بدن ماهی می شود . و در پایان مو جب مرگ ماهی می شوند
درمان :
- پا یین آمدن ph تا پایین 7
- عوض کردن 50 تا 25
- استفاده کردن از مواد شیمیا یی برای خنثی کردن آ مونیاک
- توقف یا کاهش تغذ یه تا حد متعادل
- استفاده از زئولیت جهت اصلاح آمونیاک آب
پیشگیری :
- اضافه کردن تدریجی ماهی به آ کواریوم
- تغذیه کم و متعادل برای جلو گیری از باقی ما ندن غذا و فساد آن
- تعویض اب در فاصله زمانی مناسب
- تست کردن آب آ کواریوم برای جلو گیری از و قوع مشکل وبروز بیماری
- تست کردن و پاکیزه نگهداشتن فیلتر های تصویه
- استفاده ا زذغال اکتیو و تعویض به موقع آنها
- بیرون آوردن سریع ماهان مرده از آکواریوم
- استفاده به موقع از پمپ های دستی جهت پاک کردن و تمز نمودن شنهای کف آکواریوم از غذاهای مانده و مدفوع ماهی ها
